Nox is a shadow demon with the ability to possess non-living objects. He possessed the Flying Train when he made a deal with A.B. Laster to give his family a home, in exchange for A.B.'s service and freedom. He toys with A.B. and threatened that if A.B. told anyone about their deal, something devastating would happen to his family.

Only A.B. and Eclipse know about the deal.
