Mason is our main character in this story. He is an optimistic troublemaker with a power called Age Morph, allowing him to change his physical age at will—and cause plenty of chaos. After losing his family from mysterious radioactive activity in his house, he now lives on his grandpa’s farm but often visits the city to see his best friend, Lola (the alternate version of Disco). Inspired by the vanished performer known as The Magician, Mason set out to find him—and discovered him deep within the shifting Forest of No Return. There, he became the Magician’s apprentice and began learning the secrets of the forest’s magic.
